Jim Scott, president of Complete Hearing Solutions and a board member of the HLAA Tampa Bay Advisory Board, covered area loops for theaters, churches and meetings, privacy loops for pharmacy counters, bank tellers and ticket booths, and personal captioning systems. He also explained how to ask your favorite venues for access. The meeting had CART captions and a hearing loop, followed by lunch at Paradise Restaurant.
