What is Walk4Hearing?

Walk4Hearing is the Hearing Loss Association of America's national walk. It has run for more than 20 years, with walks in cities across the country each spring and fall. Walkers form teams, raise money and walk a short, accessible route together. Everyone is welcome: people with hearing loss, family, friends, coworkers, kids and dogs.

HLAA national organizes every walk and decides where walks are held each year. Money raised supports HLAA's programs for people with hearing loss nationwide.

Is there a Florida walk?

Not right now. Florida's most recent Walk4Hearing was held on May 3, 2025, with HLAA-FL and Florida chapters taking part. HLAA national has not scheduled a Florida walk for 2026 or 2027.

If a Florida walk is added, we will post it here and on the Florida events calendar. Until then, the easiest way to take part from Florida is as a virtual walker.
