About this event
Have you ever walked into a noisy room or an outdoor space and wondered how you were going to hear? Had someone mumble, or talk to you from another room? Felt overwhelmed by your hearing aids and unsure where to start? Or noticed you are not hearing as well as you used to, even with hearing aids or a cochlear implant?
If so, this discussion is for you. We will talk about getting the most from your hearing professionals, the equipment and devices that keep us engaged, and the help available from your social, professional and volunteer networks. There will also be time for any other hearing loss questions on your mind.
We are a supportive group of people who share the experience of hearing loss and want to stay connected. The meeting will be captioned, and beverages and light snacks will be provided.
